
In the past 30 days, there were approximately 362,374 non-fungible token sales. Opensea, the largest NFT exchange, processed $2.39Billion during the past thirty days. That’s an 22.88% increase over last month. The decentraland volume increased 192% from last month to more than $28 millions in sales.
NFT and Metaverse steam continue with big volume and expensive collectibles
The hype surrounding the metaverse (NFT), and other non-fungible tokens has remained high for the final month of 2018. The Sandbox has processed substantial sales over the last week.
The Sandbox’s seven-day sales metrics show $19.3 million of The Sandbox, while Decentraland saw $6.6 millions. 30-day stats show Decentraland’s $28 million in sales pushed it up closed to 200% more than last month.

While Opensea sales spiked 22.88% this past month, Solana’s Magic Eden marketplace saw $148.86 million in monthly sales, up 86.9%. Superrare’s $26 million in 30 day sales pushed it up 15% since last month.
Atomicmarket’s Wax blockchain NFT market Atomicmarket made $38.96 Million in sales, which is 73% lower than its previous record. Rarible’s NFT market sales dropped 4.5% last month with $18.27 million in sales recorded. Foundation had $10.38million in monthly sales, down 11.94%. Aavegotchi recorded $5.78million in sales, which is down 35%).
Despite online discussions about Bored Ape Yacht Club’s (BAYC), NFT floor price jumps just below Cryptopunk (CP), NFT floor value, Cryptopunk #4156 was the largest sale of the month. It sold two weeks back for 2.5K ETH (or $10.35million at the time).

Moreover, the sixth-largest sale this past month was Cryptopunk #9953 which sold for 399.69 ETH or $1.57 million. Although CP floor prices have a slightly higher floor than BAYC’s, they still average 52-53.5 ether per NFT. CP’s daily media price is higher (56 ETH) than BAYC’s daily median value (55 ETH) at the time of writing.
Bored Ape Yacht Club #9452, which was sold at $1.42 million (347 ether), was the highest-priced BAYC sale this month. Bored Ape Yacht Club #9449 also went for 285ether (or $1.17million) four weeks ago.
Five CPs were among the 15 highest-priced NFT sellers this month. Only two BAYCs, however, made the top 15. The Axie Infinity #1157920892 sale for 550 Ethereum or $2.33 Million was another notable sales event. In the past 30 days, $41.56million was earned by 15 NFT top-sellers.
