“Bored Ape #1227 will also be featured on a classic Bicycle card deck launching next year,” the company explained during the announcement. “The deck will feature the brand’s new NFT in a fun, playful royal Ape-themed deck. Bored Ape Yacht Club members will be continuing the journey with their inaugural card deck. More details will be revealed in the coming weeks.”
Bicycle also stated that the company will be celebrating their BAYC purchase this week at Artcade in West Hollywood. Artcade is an NFT gallery on Sunset Strip, West Hollywood. Bicycle-branded and Genesis Collection-themed merchandise will also be on sale at the event. “We see communities like the Bored Ape Yacht Club as the heart and soul of Web3. Bicycle is all about playfully connecting, and Web3 opens up new ways for us to interact and co-create with communities,” Cartamundi Group executive Tricia Bouras said on Tuesday.
