The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), the world’s largest law enforcement agency has apparently issued a red alert for Terraform Labs cofounder, just weeks after South Korean authorities had issued Do Kwon with an arrest warrant. According to Korean authorities, Kwon was not found in Singapore when the notice was issued.

Do Kwon’s Silence

As reported by Bitcoin.com News, South Korean prosecutors accuse Kwon and five other Terraform Labs affiliates of violating the country’s capital markets law. Kwon faces additional charges which have yet to be disclosed by the prosecutors.

Kwon, in his first response to Korean authorities issuing an arrest warrant against him for allegedly threatening the safety of his family members, insisted that he wasn’t in danger. Instead, he claimed that he was cooperating with “any government agency that has shown interest to communicate.”

According to reports, Interpol issued a red warning. The chief executive of Terraform Labs has yet not responded. Kwon tweeted that he had responded earlier this afternoon, at 1:15 p.m. ET. said: “[Do Kwon]Where [are] you hiding fam?” Kwon replied that he was “writing code” in his “living room” and further toldThey should visit the person and have a smoke soon.
