What a Favorite Meal turned out to be an opportunity
It was during a trip to Nashville, Tennessee when Edmond tried a hot chicken sandwich for the first time and instantly fell in love. The food was delicious and the line that ran around the building.
As a serial entrepreneur and discovering new food, he saw the potential to expand his business. Houston Crosta, his business partner and best friend, convinced him that he would like to help open a Las Vegas restaurant.
Edmond leads a healthy lifestyle. His team and Edmond carefully chose their ingredients. They ensure that they only use the best quality products and maintain optimum health. It was his goal to establish a fast and healthy chain of quick-service restaurants with high quality standards.
What Edmond’s early life contributed to his success in the restaurant space
An unprovoked war broke out between Iran & Iraq. Edmond’s family was forced to leave their homeland to Turkey by this tragic circumstance. They fled across the mountains with their families. As refugees, they fled their homeland to Sweden and then to the United States. Edmond was a young refugee.
While still in Sweden, Edmond’s father was an Italian chef and opened many successful Italian restaurants. However, when the couple moved to America they were forced to rebuild their lives. What’s the surprise? Edmond became a pizza delivery guy. He still has a passion and love for running a restaurant.
He was passionate about his work, was committed, and was an honest man. His father’s entrepreneurial spirit seemed to have been engraved in his DNA. His ability to disrupt five different industries has been due to his hard work, dedication and persistence. He is the owner of several companies that tow vehicles, including an oil field in Oklahoma and supercars in Italy.
