As the crypto market recovers, players across the board are beginning to feel more confident in it. After the horrible crypto winter, there is now more support for cryptocurrency and its products. A Brazilian brokerage firm has also just added BTC and ETH trading support to its platform.
XP Inc. has 3.6 million customers. The addition of a platform for anyone to trade crypto called XTAGE has already opened these users up to the digital world. This is obviously a positive step for the industry.
XP Inc. just recently added support for cryptocurrency trading. MercadoLibre and Nubank have done this before.
Nubank is Brazil’s most trusted bank when it comes to digital assets. In addition, the bank partnered with Paxos in 2021 to enable customers’ access to digital currency directly from its platform.
It was easy for them to buy, sell or store their crypto. MercadoPago did the same thing for Brazilian clients, allowing them to purchase, store, or sell BTC and ETH in 2021.

All followers were invited to join the celebrations for XTAGE’s recent launch. The platform, which will be powered by Nasdaq Exchange Technology to make operations easier, is interesting.
XP Inc. also aims to provide easy access to cryptocurrency for Brazilians who are interested in investing in digital assets. The 3.6 Million users can trade BTC or ETH through thia.
Although the company started out with the top cryptos on the market, the source had known in May that the firm would be adding more digital assets. XTAGE also will provide crypto-based investments products.
XTAGE was not created by XP Inc. To make this dream come true, the company partnered up with BitGo as well as Nasdaq. BitGo acts as a crypto custody provider, and Nasdaq the American stock exchange.
These top shots were instrumental in the launch of the platform. Now, XTAGE has been integrated in the XP network. Users can access crypto through their XP applications. The financial product director at XP said that only those who have high investment profiles can access the XTAGE platforms. In July, Lucas Rabechini made this clear.
XTAGE, which is built using Nasdaq technology, is also integrated with MetaTrader 5 a stock- and forex trading tool. As for BitGo’s contribution, it will be the custodian for the platform to store XTAGE assets in cold wallets outside the internet for maximum security.
