Bitcoin of America is the world’s leading virtual currency exchange. It announced that it will be returning to BTC 2022, Miami. Last year, the company was praised for its promotion of females within a traditionally male-dominated industry. Bitcoin of America again made waves at BTC2022, this time with an all-female staff. Bitcoin of America sent several of their most senior women executives to this conference. Bitcoin of America supports making cryptocurrency more inclusive for women and allowing more females to enter the sector.
Bitcoin of America’s female team also spoke with the Miami Mayor about ways they can make a change. Mayor Francis Suarez greeted the all-women Bitcoin of America’s team.
Bitcoin of America is a leading cryptocurrency operator. They offer fast, hassle-free transaction to customers and top-of the line customer service. It currently has 2500 Bitcoin ATMs in the United States, and it is expanding.
The Bitcoin of America team passed around hats and t-shirts with the company’s logo and “women in crypto” embroidery. Bitcoin of America’s female executives have been known to travel to conferences, expos and other events. The company also disclosed that the majority of top-ranking positions in their organization are held by women. Bitcoin of America’s Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Business Development are all run by powerful females.
Bitcoin of America sent an all-female team to the conference in 2021. Alice Gorodetsky is the Director of Business Development and shared her opinions on this industry. Gorodetsky explained, “Male presence is huge in the technology sector and in the crypto space. I am excited to be part of an inclusive company like Bitcoin of America who encourages women to succeed in a male dominant industry.”
Bitcoin of America is looking for women to join their team. Their goal is to give women a voice in cryptocurrency and promote them. Jenna Polinsky (Director of Marketing) spoke about her experiences in working within a dominant male industry. Polinsky mentioned, “I am lucky to be part of a team that values everyone’s opinions. It was a great experience for me to work at Bitcoin of America. I hope to be an influencer to encourage women to get involved in the sector.
