Nightly Mint
SXSW Festival with NFT
Today’s announcement by South By Southwest 2022 revealed that the festival will offer hats and tees as well as tote bags and posters. Naturally, there will also be NFTs. The fest will release their own PFP character, titled ‘SXSCritter,’ according to today’s release, next week on March 11.
CVS Next In The Block: Latest Mint
Since the beginning of the year, NFTs have seen a lot of brand investment. CVS Health is the most recent non-traditional brand that has done so. The brand filed a trademark application in late February. It shows details about its intention to trademark their logo for NFTs and virtual goods.

Brian Trunzo, Polygon's Metaverse Lead (MATIC), stated at ETHDenver that he thinks retailers will soon be NFTs. He also said that he believed that retailing would only begin to enter NFTs and that he thought that "anything that could become an NFT" was possible. The ‘Minty Fresh’ Take
Not the freshest take of the Mint, but… despite the high hopes around Pixelmon, it looks like the fruits of the labor lied solely in ‘Kevin’ memes. Unfortunate. The Pixelmon team seems to be securing that bag, as pioneering crypto-sleuth @zachxbt noted. Social accounts of the Pixelmon team insist that they will see it through.
