Binance US now offers crypto staking and details seven digital currencies currently on offer with an annual percentage yield (APY) of up to 18. You can make proof-of–stake (PoS), cryptocurrency yields. These include the binance coin and solana cryptocurrencies, as well livepeer, graphs, cosmoss, and audius.
Binance US Adds Staking Services
Binance US stated on Twitter that it is joining the growing number of cryptocurrency exchanges which offer staking. “Binance US has officially launched staking, empowering customers to do more with their money,” the company detailedTuesday. “Customers can now stake while generating an APY of up to 18%, the highest rate among U.S. crypto firms,” the exchange added.
Binance US currently offers staking for seven crypto assets. These include BNB and AUDIO. Binance US shows that BNB currently offers an annual percentage yield (APY) of around 6.4% and LPT’s staking reward is 18%. Tweets by an individual asked Binance US if they can “expect more options in the future?” the exchange replied: “Yes. More to come.”
Binance US joins Crypto.com and Kraken in offering staking service. By using decentralized finance (defi), crypto users are able to also place coins non-custodially by using decentralized financial applications.
Binance US is the American partner of the world’s largest crypto exchange by trade volume, Binance. Binance US was established in 2017. The exchange stopped serving Americans in 2019, and the subsidiary Binance US was created shortly thereafter. According to coingecko.com data, while Binance is the world’s largest by volume, Binance US is the 15th largest at the time of writing.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will be looking into parent company Binance, according to Bloomberg sources. According to Bloomberg, the probe concerns whether Binance’s crypto asset binance (BNB), is an unregistered security.
