FTM, ETC Lead Crypto Gainers to Start the Week – Market Updates Bitcoin News

ETC was up by more than 10% in the first trading week. Prices rose to their highest point for two weeks on Monday. FTM also saw its value increase during today’s session, climbing by nearly 20% earlier in the day.

ETC was one of the most notable gainers during Monday’s session, as cryptos were mostly in the green to start the week.

After a Sunday low of $20.56, the ETC/USD soared to an intraday high of $23.65 early in the morning.

Three consecutive sessions of price increases have been recorded by ETC as the company continues to move from $19.50 support.

Prices are currently hovering just below the resistance level of $24.10 and the RSI is at a ceiling.

Looking at the chart, the Relative Strength Index is currently tracking at a resistance point of 45.70, which hasn’t been broken since early April.

ETC spent most of its year trading over $25. If it tries to return towards this point, then the RSI ceiling should be lifted.

Fantom, FTM

ETC was not the only notable mover Monday. FTM, however, was, and prices increased by close to 20%.

FTM/USD gained to $0.5183 intraday high earlier today, the highest it traded since May 10.

The almost 2-week-old high follows a rise at $0.3100 as the price floor five days prior, when FTM was deeply in consolidation.

Since then, prices are now closer to resistance of $0.6000, which is an area prices haven’t hit in the past two weeks.

ETC and similar, this ceiling may not be reached unless the price strength rises, but the RSI also is hovering under a ceiling.

The traders are now waiting to see whether this week’s market action will differ from the last.
