PRESS RELEASE. Dvision Network announces the third LAND Sale. It will take place on both the Polygon Network (BNB Chain) and the Polygon Network. A significant aspect of this third LAND Sale, however is the fact that 50% of available LAND FFTs will now be sold via the Shopify Marketplace. The Shopify Marketplace will sell the pre-minted LAND NFTs on Polygon Network, while the pre-minted LAND NFTs on BNB Chain will only be available for credit card purchases. Dvision Marketplace will also be selling the pre-minted LAND NFTs on Polygon Network, which can be purchased with DVI tokens.
Officially, the third LAND Sale includes San-Paulo Meta-Cities and Berlin. These are the sixth and fifth cities within the Dvision World pipeline. As such, the LAND sales will be held on the 19th of April 2022 at 08:00 KST.
Understanding LAND NFT
It is crucial to fully understand the risks involved before you sign anything. ‘LAND’ refers to the digital real estate that can be obtained. These real estate are also customizable in the Dvision Metaverse. Dvision World could be described as the central gateway to each Meta-City. Each city is comprised of many Meta-Spaces. And the best thing is that each user is in complete control. Anyone who has LAND will have the ability to customize and provide content if desired, which will be uploaded to their Meta-Space.
Two LAND sales were already completed. The first LAND Sale, which was supported only by the Binance Smart Chain, (BEP-721), and the second LAND Sale, was conducted only on the Polygon Network. However, this third LAND Sale will take initiative, selling on both chains. This would greatly increase accessibility.
Not only is it important to collaborate with prominent companies and organisations in this industry, but so too is it for the employees. Dvision has teamed up to help prepare the third LAND Sale. Like any notable initiative, there are many obstacles to overcome if this sale is to succeed. Shopify is not participating in this sale as Shopify acts as an intermediary and does not directly participate. Dvision, however, has been granted the Shopify Plus merchant certificate to allow the entire event to be made possible by the Shopify NFT Beta Program.
Details about the third LAND SALES
London, Tokyo New York, Seoul and New York were among the very first Meta Cities. The total number of cities was 20. Dvision World’s third LAND Sale will see the debut of Sao Paulo, Berlin and New York, respectively.
According to sales figures, 5,800 lots were sold in Seoul and New York (PARCEL), while 4,600 lots sold in Tokyo and London at the second LAND auction. This is why the 3rd sale will have approximately 3,800 NFT Lots.
There are two ways to get involved in the third LAND sales. Either they will do so through Dvision Marketplace (which is where Berlin LAND NTs are available, and which can be bought by DVI tokens, BNB chain-based NFTs) or they might acquire Sao Paulo LAND FTs using the Shopify-based Polygon Network Marketplace which can be accessed via credit cards like PayPal Commercials or Coinbase Commercials. They will have 2,035 tons of Berlin LAND NFTs, while 1,783 lots will be available for Sao Paulo LAND NTs.
Partnerships of importance
Dvision has partnered up with Pacifiq IQ to help prepare Shopify Marketplace for its third LAND Sale. The independent consultancy firm Pacific IQ was established in 2016. It specializes in Shopify eCommerce and marketing. The Pacific IQ team has been responsible for all Shopify tasks. This included NFT Product Setup and setting up the payment gateway. The Pacific IQ team is also largely responsible for producing the venue where the third LAND Sale will take place using Shopify’s platform.
Dvision Network has also been a long-time essential partner of Curvegrid, which has been providing Dvision with a bridge solution that presently supports Dvision’s multi-chain feature and is thus of the utmost importance.
