More than 30,000 crypto enthusiasts flocked to Miami for industry’s flagship annual conference
Bitcoin 2022 Miami proved to be a huge success. Tens, if not thousands, of cryptocurrency enthusiasts and industry experts flocked to the city. Foresight Ventures, as an event sponsor, was on hand for all the thrilling moments.
Foresight Ventures set a variety of goals during the conference. These included forming new partnerships, and helping to guide the next generation Web3 companies towards success. All of these goals were met, exceeded and Foresight Ventures has made progress on a few key priorities related to finding Web3 companies that will disrupt the market.
Foresight Ventures sponsored one of the conference’s most highly anticipated events, Nolcha Shows: NFT Edition, powered by Tron DAO, a one-of-a-kind event featuring extraordinary and diverse artwork presented through creative programming, engaging activities, and captivating entertainment.
Nolcha Shows presented a diverse array of NFT artwork, large-scale photography and painting by many artists, including Beeple (Yiying Lu), Zevi G, Mateus and Jason Skeldon. A variety of launch and NFT markets were featured at the event including Courtyard and BitKeep as well as ChainGuardians and APENFT. Foresight organized a meetup for investors with Illust Space and Zebec Protocol as well as Yield App and Bitget.
Foresight Ventures also sponsored the Grand Ballroom Seatdrop, through which it built partnerships with some of the top Bitcoin projects poised to deliver some of the industry’s most in-depth research reports over the next quarter. The firm connected with Yale Blockchain’s incubator lead and will be running a hackathon with a group of Yale based startups to empower the student developer community.
Last but not least, Foresight Ventures participated in Cheetah Mining’s investor mixer, helping host more than 100 crypto investors across Bitcoin, Layer2, NFT and Metaverse, etc
The massive annual expo is attended by some of the industry’s biggest names, and each day packed with speakers, meetups, and deep-dives gives way to a series of after-parties that continue the celebration late into the night. Although it was chaotic, Foresight Ventures managed to make some important connections with peers in the industry and is looking forward to announcing more sponsorships and partnerships at future events.
