PRESS RELEASE. PlanetQuest’s community friendly Planet Sale is an entirely new way of selling NFTs. A new way of selling NFTs is being pioneered by PlanetQuest, which has been supported by top gaming and Hollywood talent as well as high-level investors and more than 215.000 Explorers.
PlanetQuest emerged in stealth from the 2021 Christmas season and had already established a huge fan base. PlanetQuest was known for its interactive storytelling, which saw members of the community vote to determine the fates of favorite characters. As the season ended, The Cradle an ancient artifact has been activated. It opens up wormholes that take you to new galaxies.
Community members can purchase not only deeds to land but whole planets. Each one is unique and can be seen from the browser in 3D. This makes it one of the most accessible and immediate 3D NFTs.
NFT sales: A fresh approach
Demand exceeding supply, NFT sales by the first come, FIRST SERVE principle have resulted in massive gas wars. They also led to failed and hung transactions and frustration. Websites crashed and websites were also crashed. Front-running bots are now able to get their hands on NFTs meant for members of the community.
Instead, PlanetQuest has teamed up with Immutable X to organize a Community Sale, giving interested parties plenty of time to decide which planets they’d like to buy and submit their application on the PlanetQuest website. The application deadline will close and all submissions will be ranked. Only the best entries will get planets. Immutable X provides gas-less purchases.

- Earn points by joining the Explorer community
- Holding PlanetQuest Insignia NFTs which are being traded currently
- Include a motivational quote in your application
These avenues are open to all members until June 7, allowing new and existing fans alike to increase their chances of landing one or more planets.
Are you ready for a peek?
Although every planet sold will be totally different, example previews of the differing planet tiers, from Common, all the way to Legendary, are now live on the PlanetQuest website, allowing would-be-buyers the opportunity to get a glimpse of what they’re in for. The buyers will have more amazing visuals this year with the surface visuals of first planets due to be available in Q3.
It’s more than just a collection
Planets are more than just 3D objects. Planet owners have the ability to hold the keys of PlanetQuest. Access to higher tier planets will be in particularly high demand as they provide players with additional bonuses allowing them and the planet’s owners to earn additional Quantum or
$PQX, PlanetQuest’s token and in-game currency, which is expected to go public later this year, before the game enters Early Access in Q1 of 2023.
Early Access is now available. Players can team up with friends and venture onto uncharted worlds to face off against wildlife, or even worse, opponents.
