OVER is a distributed metaverse platform which offers surreal AR/VR experiences. It has partnered with The Sandbox in order to create a reward program for its communities.
These developments continue the relationship that is growing between the platforms. Recall that OVER enabled cross-platform experiences for Sandbox users in April.
With this update, Sandbox users were able to manage their NFTs and invite friends to join them in activities. Sandbox users will now be able to take part in the Hunt, which involves collecting digital assets all over Manhattan.
The terms and conditions of this treasure hunt program require that interested parties download the OVER app to begin collecting Sandboxes around Manhattan. There’ll be a leaderboard that tracks participants’ activities, and the top 5 hunters are eligible for rewards. Rewards range from 2500 USDSAND to the fastest hunter, up to 500 USDSAND for fifth place hunters.
Participants can also share their hunt experiences via Twitter, and be rewarded through the video contest. Each of the top three videos that receive the most views will be awarded with $SAND 500, 1250 and 750 respectively. OVER makes significant progress
