There are many types of eating disorders

Bulimia can be another form of eating disorder. Bulimia is defined as a vicious cycle that involves binging and self-induced vomiting. This disorder makes it difficult for people to manage the food they consume.

The Binge-eating Disorder is similar to Bulimia but does not include purging.

You should also ensure you sleep enough. You may be surprised to learn that your hunger and appetite levels can be affected by sleep. Binge-eating has been shown to be linked with sleep deprivation.
