Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi (director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence, Dubai Police), also stated in Khaleej Times:

Each participant was contacted to verify their digital wallet addresses. Participants who satisfied the requirements were then shortlisted for a raffle. The winner of the draw was 150 people, each receiving the Dubai Police digital assets free.

The director suggested that just like the initial NFT collection, people from outside the country will also get a chance to own Dubai Police’s next collection without paying anything.
