Cardano (ADA) Falls To $0.44, Is The Uptrend Invalidated?

Date:

At the time this article was written, Cardano showed bearishness in its chart. Cardano’s chart has fallen by 7% in the past 24 hours. Over the past days, bearish sentiment was seen in other markets. Bitcoin was nearing $20,000, altcoins also followed.

ADA has crossed over $0.55 resistance in the past days, but was unable to hold that level for the next few days. Market pressure has been applied by bears and technical analysis also shows bearishness.

Market movers have markedly depreciated their charts and bullish power has been at an end.

Cardano trades close to $0.42 at the current time. The market was also closed by buyers. The coin will fall below $0.42 and reach $0.33 prices if there is continued selling pressure. A slight push at the current price level might cause ADA to rise slightly, but this could still be considered a temporary recovery.

ADA’s drop in value was followed by a sharp decline in the buying pressure. The coin has been retracing further due to increased selling strength. Relative Strength Index was near or below the 50% line.

The RSI, however, has bounced out of the oversold territory. However, it’s too early to know if the coin will make a comeback on its chart in the coming sessions. Cardano’s price was lower than the 20-SMA, which indicates that the sellers are responsible for the current market price momentum.

Altcoin’s four-hour chart showed fall in buyer strength. Price momentum was represented by Moving Average Convergence Divergence. However, there were also reversals. MACD experienced a bearish crossover, forming red histograms that indicated ADA’s sell signal.

Chaikin Money Flow, which depicts capital inflows and outflows, was created to reflect buyers leaving the market. The coin must push beyond the $0.52 mark to defeat the bears and show consistent buying power.
