The metaverse at this point is all about opportunity and creativity, so I’m excited for the EY team to create a roadmap for clients that can help them anticipate and change for the next frontier in human experience.
Additional Meta Developments
Already, the company entered the metaverse by establishing a lab in metaverse that offers consulting services to customers in areas like 3D design and web animation. It is part the company’s expansion strategy, and is branching from its established business model.
EY uses the knowledge for services such as artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, and digital twin robots. EY isn’t the only company to be interested in metaverse capabilities.
Microsoft announced on Oct. 25 that it was in the process of adapting part of its software stack to work with metaverse-constructed applications. Specifically, it’s making its cloud division capable of providing complementary data to improve the results of customers in industrial applications, including the design of products before mass production.
