PRESS RELEASE. INTERNET CITY, DUBAI, LISBON, Nov. 4th, 2022 – Global crypto exchange, LBank, joined Web Summit Lisbon in Portugal as a proud sponsor and exhibitor. Lisbon has been on LBank’s list of destinations for a while and it was great for the top-20 crypto exchange to finally set foot in Europe officially. Over 70,000 people attended the 4-day event, making it one of the most important crypto events in the year. LBank had the unique opportunity to meet their European users at this Web Summit, which was the first time it held live in two years.
This year’s event centered around major topics such as the development of NFTs, the future of Metaverse, and, especially, where Web3 is headed. LBank, an industry leader, is involved in every sector, as both promoters and investors. “To be a part of this great celebration of crypto and seeing how much faith people have in the industry was very inspiring.” an LBank representative said.
LBank had also created a campaign for Lisbon users. The chance for users to ride free in Lisbon’s central area allowed them to travel between locations with limited public transport and high traffic. “LBank Free to Ride Lisbon” was LBank’s way of saying thank you for the unyielding support from users and fans. After joining LBank’s telegram group, all users needed to do to get a free ride is to share with LBank staff where they will start and where they are headed. Each ride must include at least one LBank user. This user needs to take a photo of their LBank ID and email it to the group managers. LBank Merchandise was provided to all cars, with T-shirts and mouse pads, as well as new designs. Over 20 riders were provided with a complimentary ride to their destination.
On November 3rd, LBank hosted a successful “LBank & Friends” Afterparty with over 200 attendees. LBank hosted an afterparty with over 200 attendees. Afterparty attracted many people, and it was an excellent opportunity to have discussions about Web3 and other topics.
