ApeCoin (APE), the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection’s native coin, has been continuously falling since the June slump, reaching a low of $3.05.
Even though APE is now trading at a premium of 6.5% over its initial price on Friday, its performance still pales in comparison to other altcoins.
APE trades at $4.69 right now, which is 3.5% less than the previous 24 hours according to Coingecko’s data on Friday.
After reaching $3.06 the month before, the APE chart showed a reverse trend. The price faced many hurdles at the $5.3-$5.5 level and then became more sluggish. APE has now reviewed the $4 support.

ApeCoin may see further declines.
ApeCoin has reached a standstill. This could trigger a reverse. Investors should be cautious about the potential for a further drop in APE’s market value. This could cause further weakness and disrupt gains.
ApeCoin’s price has fluctuated laterally since the middle of June. The $4.00 support level will hold and a rally up to $6.00 could be possible. A break of the $4.00 threshold may result in an extra 33 percent dropping to $3.00.
The NFT market is one of ApeCoin’s attractions, although the market is currently displaying very dismal numbers.
After reaching $42.1 million in sales in May, BAYC NFTs have not produced substantial volume for the past two months. During this time period, the BAYC’s average volume was $2.1 million.

APE drop more than 80% after ATH
Since the June 30 swing low of $4.20, ApeCoin’s price has increased by around a quarter. Although this gain was briefly above the $5.02 threshold, buyers were not able to maintain their recent recovery. APE fell below this level, signaling a downward trend.

It is important to note that NFT sales in June were only $1.3 billion. OpenSea was able to execute transactions totaling $3.1 Billion prior to June.
APE will therefore continue its current course, assuming that the situation on these issues does not change.
The price of Apecoin was on a downward trend prior to the sale of Otherdeed land in April by YUGA Labs. However, since that time, Apecoin has experienced a sharp decline. The coin is now down more than 80 per cent from $26.7, its record high.
